The home inspection that Beachwood performs is for you!Although it's not required, we recommend that you be present to watch, listen and learn as much as possible about the home and its systems. We encourage your questions during the inspection.
A typed report is mailed the day after the inspection. However, if special arrangements are made prior to the inspection, a report can be available the same day.
The price of a home inspection depends on size and complexity. Pricing starts at:
